Return & Exchange Policy

At Timothy’s Legacy, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds: Key Conditions
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies to all eligible, unused, and unopened items.
2. Item Condition
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept items that are opened, damaged, or altered.
• If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Request Before Returning
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Please email us to initiate the return process, and we’ll provide the correct return address. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. After-Sales Warranty (14 Days)
If your product has a quality issue within 14 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the defective product and retain all packaging until your issue is resolved.
Return Process: Step-by-Step
1. Email Us First

Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
2. Package the Item Carefully
Place the item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure it’s in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Return Your Parcel
Ship the item via your preferred carrier.
Be sure to provide the tracking number and courier website once the package has been sent.
4. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s).
We’ll notify you via email if the refund has been approved or declined based on the item condition.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider—some processing delays are normal.
3. Contact your bank to check on pending transactions.
4. Still no luck? Email us at contact@timothyslegacy.com.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you’d like to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@timothyslegacy.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Guidelines
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, especially for items valued over £55.
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
