1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following secure payment options:

2. Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
This depends on the customs regulations of your country.
In rare cases, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the customerโ€™s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific guidance.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yesโ€”but timing is important.
If youโ€™d like to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in preparation and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwideโ€”almost.
Due to current restrictions, weโ€™re unable to ship to the following countries:
Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria
Weโ€™re working hard to expand our reach, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. How much does shipping cost?

โ€ข Free Standard Shipping on orders over ยฃ58.85
โ€ข Express Shipping: ยฃ22.07 (optional at checkout)

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time
โ€ข Processing Time: 2โ€“5 business days
โ€ข Standard Shipping: 7โ€“20 business days
โ€ข Express Shipping: 6โ€“8 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs, especially in South America and Russia, where shipping may take over a month.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, weโ€™ll email you a tracking link.
You can follow your parcel at: 17track.net
Please allow 1โ€“2 business days for the tracking to update.

5. What if my package never arrives?
If you havenโ€™t received your order within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@timothyslegacy.com.
Weโ€™ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
